Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By engaging Business Edified for any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Business Edified is operated by Allen Manoba, ABN to be confirmed, based in Brisbane, Australia.

2. Services

Business Edified provides business consulting services including market research, business strategy, implementation planning, and ongoing implementation support. The specific deliverables for each service tier are outlined on our Pricing page and in the engagement agreement provided at time of purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment terms:

Full payment is due at time of engagement unless a payment plan has been agreed

Payment plans are available for services over $2,500 (2 or 3 instalments)

A 5% early payment discount applies to bundle services when paid in full upfront

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Business Edified does not offer refunds on completed or in-progress work. Our services deliver tangible, research-backed deliverables (reports, strategies, plans, blueprints). Whether the findings validate your idea or redirect you to a stronger opportunity, the work has genuine value. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, we require you to:

Complete all intake questionnaires (Discovery Briefs, Drive Briefs, etc.) thoroughly and honestly

Attend scheduled calls and respond to communications in a timely manner

Provide accurate information about your expertise, business, and circumstances

Delays caused by incomplete or late client responses may extend delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your engagement (reports, strategies, plans, blueprints). Business Edified retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, templates, and proprietary systems. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce our deliverables for commercial purposes.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Your business data, questionnaire responses, and deliverables will not be shared with third parties except as required for service delivery (e.g., implementation partners under NDA). We may use anonymised, aggregated data for service improvement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Business Edified provides research, strategy, and planning services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue figures, or client acquisition results. Projections included in deliverables are estimates based on market research and should not be treated as guarantees. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Get-a-Buddy Implementation Support

Get-a-Buddy services are delivered in partnership with Netrocon, our implementation partner. While Business Edified manages the engagement and quality standards, day-to-day implementation support is provided by Netrocon team members. Get-a-Buddy is a month-to-month service that can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes apply to new engagements only and will not affect services already in progress.
