No. Phase 1 (Discover + Develop) is a mandatory prerequisite. We do not execute strategy we have not built. This protects both of us: you get a plan designed specifically for your market, and our implementation team has a clear roadmap to follow. Without it, you are paying for execution with no direction.
That is perfectly fine. Many clients complete Phase 1 and execute the plan themselves. The four strategy documents are designed to be actionable on their own. Phase 2 is optional and exists for clients who want a team to handle the implementation.
Your Operational Delivery team is provided by our implementation partner, Netrocon. Allen personally conducts a 3-way handoff call to walk your team through the strategy and implementation plan. From there, your dedicated team owns the execution. Allen oversees quality and is available for escalations.
No. The Operational Delivery retainer is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The Phase 1 strategy engagement is a one-time investment paid in two instalments, and all sales are final because the research and strategy documents are the deliverable.
Nothing about this is templated. Phase 1 involves a deep discovery process specific to your expertise, market, and competitive landscape. The Market Opportunity Report alone includes custom competitor analysis, market sizing, and positioning strategy built from original research. Your implementation plan is then designed around your unique situation.
A coach gives you advice and sends you away to do the work. We do the work. Business Edified is operational consulting: we research your market, build your strategy, then our team executes it. You receive documented deliverables, not motivational calls. If you want someone to tell you what to do, hire a coach. If you want someone to actually do it, that is what we are here for.
No. Ad spend is paid directly by you to the advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and is separate from the retainer fee. Each tier includes management of ads up to a specified monthly spend limit. The retainer covers strategy, creative, management, and optimisation of those campaigns.
